Who we are
Scoopii is an iPhone app with ice cream recipes for the Ninja CREAMi. It is made by [Name], [postal address], Denmark ("we"). You reach us at support@scoopii.app.
These terms apply together with Apple's standard licence terms for apps from the App Store. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep.
Draft note: add the name and postal address (the same as the App Store trader details), and a CVR number if you register one.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. Accounts are for grown-ups. Kids can use Scoopii with you, on your phone and signed in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Scoopii itself is free. There is no subscription.
AI recipe packs
- A new account gets 3 AI recipes for free, once.
- After that you can buy packs of AI recipes in the app. Each pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Apple shows the price in your currency before you pay, and Apple takes the payment.
- Inventing a new recipe in the Lab, or having AI tidy up a recipe you typed in, uses one AI recipe. If it fails, the AI recipe goes back to your balance.
- Changing an existing recipe with AI is free, with a daily limit to keep things fair.
- AI recipes never expire. They belong to your account, work on every iPhone where you sign in, and can't be moved to another account or swapped for money.
- Apple Family Sharing doesn't cover packs.
- If you delete your account, unused AI recipes are lost and not refunded.
- If Apple refunds a purchase, we take those AI recipes off your balance. Your balance can go below zero if you already used them.
Refunds and withdrawal
Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI recipes are digital content that we deliver straight away. By buying a pack you ask us to deliver it right away, and you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the AI recipes are on your balance. This doesn't affect your rights if something you bought doesn't work.
AI recipes
AI recipes and pal pictures are made by a computer. They can contain mistakes: wrong amounts, odd combinations, or ingredients you didn't ask for. A grown-up should read every AI recipe before cooking it.
AI can't know about allergies for sure, even when you tell the Lab what to avoid. Always check the ingredient list and the labels on what you buy.
You may use the recipes you make for your own use, and share them with the share link. Don't present an AI picture as a photo of real food.
Safe in the kitchen
Kid jobs are made for kids with a grown-up nearby. Grown-ups handle the machine, blades, hot liquids and the stove. Follow the maker's manual for your ice cream machine, including fill lines and freezing times. Nutrition numbers are estimates.
Fair use
Please don't try to break or overload Scoopii, get around the daily limits, use it to make anything harmful, or put anything illegal or hurtful in a recipe, nickname or photo. If you do, we may limit or close your account.
Trademarks
Scoopii is made for the Ninja CREAMi. Ninja and CREAMi are trademarks of SharkNinja. Scoopii is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SharkNinja.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Scoopii running and the recipes good, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We are responsible as Danish law requires, and nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as wasted ingredients.
Ending and changes
You can stop any time by deleting your account in Settings. If we ever close Scoopii, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
Law and contact
Danish law applies. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the consumer protection of the country you live in. If we disagree, write to us first at support@scoopii.app. You can also complain to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish consumer complaints board.
Draft note: have the withdrawal wording and the closing-down promise checked before launch.
