Common questions
How do AI recipes work?
You start with 3 free AI recipes. Each new recipe the AI chef invents in the Lab uses one, and so does Fill in the rest with AI on a recipe you typed in. After that you can buy a one-time pack of 10, 25 or 60, and they never expire. If the AI chef can't make your recipe, your AI recipe isn't used. Changing a recipe with AI is free, up to a daily limit.
Which machines work?
Scoopii works with the Ninja CREAMi, CREAMi Deluxe and CREAMi Swirl. Pick yours in Settings, and Scoopii uses the right pint size and programs.
Can I keep my own recipes without paying?
Yes. Your own recipes, notes, ratings, the shopping list and the freezer are free. You only pay for extra AI recipes.
Someone sent me a link that doesn't open
The person who shared it may have turned the link off, or part of it got lost when it was copied. Ask them to send it again.
Is my data safe?
We keep only what the app needs, use no ads or tracking, and you can delete everything at any time. Read the details in the privacy policy.
Delete your account
- Open Scoopii and tap You
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your Apple ID
This deletes your account and everything in it: your cookbook, notes, batches, photos, share links and unused AI recipes. We also disconnect Scoopii from your Apple ID. It can't be undone, and unused AI recipes aren't refunded.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles every payment, so we never see your card. AI recipe packs are one-time purchases, so there's no subscription to cancel.
For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a pack, its AI recipes come off your balance.
Bought a pack and can't see the AI recipes? Check that you're online and open the app again. If they still don't show up, write to us with the date of the purchase.
